We adhere to the time-honored recipe, using copper molds from Bordeaux to achieve the perfect symphony of textures and flavors. By selecting pure ingredients—free-range eggs, stone-ground local flour, and fresh milk—we ensure each cannelé is a testament to tradition and quality.
After a successful debut a year and a half ago, we’re thrilled to relaunch with a larger production facility in Salt River, dedicated to sharing our passion more widely.
